Returns and refunds

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return, including if you change your mind. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

To request a return, email contact@habinacie.com with your order number. Wait for our authorization and instructions before shipping an item. Products supplied by CJdropshipping are returned to a warehouse in China; we will provide the exact address after authorization. For items supplied by another partner, we will provide the return address applicable to the product.

Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns, including international shipping to China where applicable. These costs can be high; check with the carrier before shipping. If your item is defective, damaged or does not match your order, contact us with your order number. Habina.cie will coordinate the resolution with its supplier and remain your point of contact. If a return is necessary, Habina.cie will arrange the return at no cost to you.

After we receive and inspect the return, Habina.cie issues any eligible refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Habina.cie is responsible for eligible customer refunds regardless of any reimbursement from its supplier.

Exceptions for change-of-mind returns

Personalized items and items clearly identified as final sale cannot be returned for a change of mind. This exclusion does not apply to items received defective, damaged or not matching your order. Contact us; any necessary return in those cases will be at no cost to you.
